Visiting the website and server log files
When you visit, the data your browser transmits for technical reasons is processed: IP address, date and time, requested file, status code, amount of data transferred, referrer and user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. The data is stored only briefly and not combined with other data.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel processes the access data needed for delivery on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Contact by email
If you write to us, for example to join the waiting list, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, company, message) to handle your request and to inform you about the launch. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The details are deleted once the request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Emails are processed via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Local storage
The page appears in your browser's language. If you choose the language yourself using the switch, only that choice (German or English) is stored in your browser's local storage, so the page does not switch back on your next visit. This is strictly necessary for the display you requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.
Security
This website is encrypted throughout via TLS (HTTPS). No automated decision-making including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
